Dennis Kennedy’s latest terrific compendium of web sites deals with PDF and Adobe Acrobat, with lots of great links designed to help lawyers who either haven’t used PDF before, or those who have but want to learn more.
As Dennis says, PDF files are the future when it comes to filing court documents. The bankruptcy courts have already implemented electronic filing, and the rest of the federal courts are not far behind. It’s only a matter of time before all courts are online, and the PDF will be the file format of choice for filing purposes. So you owe it to yourself to learn all you can about this technology; these links are a good place to start.
