Here’s a feature the folks at Topix.net need to implement: the ability to create keyword-specific RSS feeds. With such a feed I wouldn’t have to wade through lots of stories I don’t want to read, just to find the one or two stories meeting my needs. Lucky for us, there’s a site that’s generating such feeds. Just plug in your search keywords over at All Headline News, and a key-word specific feed will be generating. Hot dog!

Update: Turns out Topix does allow you to create an RSS feed for any keyword search; the XML button is located in the menu bar to the left, about halfway down the page. I wish the button were more logically located — it should be nearer to the top of the results. But the fact that it’s there in the first place is great.
