The Blawg of the Day is back! After a month or so off, I’m back to featuring new (to me, anyway) and interesting law blogs. Today I’d like to tell you about a blog that Michael Fallon wrote to me about – it’s the New York Lobbying, Ethics and Election Law Compliance Blog. Michael’s with the firm of Hinman Straub P.C., an Albany-based practice. He aims to highlight state and federal laws and policies, court decisions and local government actions that impact elected officials, public employees, lobbyists, and entities engaging in political activities.
