Blawg of the Day: The Rap Sheet
This week I’m going to be featuring some of the blogs from Nolo, the company that helps consumers and small businesses find answers to their everyday legal and business questions. Today we’ll look at Rap Sheet: Nolo’s Criminal Law Blog. It’s authored by Paul Bergman, a Professor at UCLA School of Law. You’ll find recent posts on topics such as GPS devices and the 4th Amendment, limited scope representation in criminal matters, and the Confrontation Clause, among others.
