For the next couple of weeks, I’m going to be focusing on intellectual property blogs, and specifically those dealing with copyright and trademark law. We’ll start off with the Copyright Litigation Blog, a blog dealing with “copyright law, fine art, and the courts.” It’s published by Ray Dowd, a partner in the firm of Dunnington, Bartholow & Miller in New York City. He has an interest in art law, so you’ll find posts on how to avoid forgeries when buying fine art, but you can also read about the Research Works Act, the First Amendment and copyright law, and much more.
