I’m a bit confused about today’s blog – Labor Relations Today looks to be a nice resource – it provides analysis and commentary on developments in traditional labor law. So why is there no branding on the home page of the blog to let us know who writes it? If you dig into the About Us or Our Services pages, you’ll find that the blog is published by Set Borden and Richard Hankins of McKenna Long & Aldridge – but who not make it more obvious up front? In any event, there are some good things here – posts on the National Labor Relations Act, National Labor Relations Board Administration, Decisions, and Rule-Making, unions, unfair labor practices, and more.
