Today we have another entry in our series of “we wish you would post more often” blogs. Today it’s the Real Estate & Construction Law Blog, which hasn’t published much since the end of March. It’s published by David Lindner of the Ohio firm of Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs. When he was posting back in March, he was talking about sales and use tax in construction contracts, challenging real estate taxes, new market tax credits, and the cash deposit requirement, among other topics.
