Stateline bills itself as “your source for state news,” and you can certainly find your share here. The home page features several news items of interest (including “How to Be a Good Governor,” a manual for rookie elected officials), and there are more in-depth issues you can select from the left margin, including campaign finance, crime and courts, education, election reform, land use and growth, taxes, and more. The “State News Roundup” feature is terrific — if only it displayed more than 20 headlines at a time — it took forever to click through to Texas news.
