Rory Perry, clerk of the West Virginia Court of Appeals, has been working on an outline-based topical index of court opinions. His outline currently includes case from the September 2002 term of the West Virginia Supreme Court, so those of you from out-of-state are out of luck. More importantly, this is a great example of a new technology applied to improve access to an existing resource.
