The county clerk of Butler County, Ohio thinks so — and she’s asking for the reversal of a ruling that removed all domestic relations information from the Internet.
Interesting…back in April I reported on the fact that the Ohio Legislature was passing laws designed to keep information offline — now they are trying to get stuff back online. I hope they get it all sorted out.
