The first day of TechShow is over, and I’m beat. My two speeches are done, so now I can enjoy the rest of the conference as an observer. I’ll be posting my presentations to the site soon, but if you want to know what you’re missing here, check out Rick Klau’s blog for continuous wireless updates. The highlights:
- Judge Richard Posner’s keynote address.
- Rick blogged Sabrina and my presentation “Online Communities: From Bulletin Boards to Blogs,” here, here, here, and here.
Later in the afternoon I attended a presentations by Genie Tyburski and Gayle O’Connor on The Invisible Web, and by Sabrina and Gayle O’Connor on identity theft. You can read a bibliography of federal, consumer, and news resources on identity theft, compiled by Sabrina on the LLRX site.
