The Pretrial, Trial, Appellate, and Evidence Blog is a blog that could do with a shorter name.  And a good About Me page.  And more posts!  Because what’s there looks pretty interesting.  From a quick two minutes of Googling, I figured out that the blog is authored by Ron Clark, a Distinguished Practitioner in Residence at the Seattle University School of Law.  He’s pretty prolific in writing on trial advocacy, and I wish he were more prolific on the blog.  Recent (though getting older) posts have covered topics like “Don’t Botch Laying the Foundation for an Exhibit,” courthouse dogs, “Godfather’s Answer and Counterclaim,” and new websites for new lawyers.
