The Wayback Engine, also known as the Internet Archive, is without a doubt the resource for finding old or outdated versions of websites. Now, the Archive is offering an Advanced Search that allows you to compare different versions of old websites. Very cool.
Don’t be fooled by September 11 e-mail
If you receive an e-mail claiming to offer “documentary materials” proving a link between the Bush Administration and Al-Qaeda, don’t open it — it’s an e-mail worm. Apparently it’s not a very good e-mail worm, because after awhile it just stops working. Still, don’t open any file that says september11.exe.
I’m glad I don’t use sparkLIST…

China’s Google-Blocking Continues
Last week I reported that China was blocking Google to its citizens — now it appears that when someone in China requests the Google website, they are taken to a completely different search engine or website.
