Want to archive your Outlook or Outlook Express files so they don’t clog up your e-mail program? It’s really a snap. Just create an empty folder on your computer, or within your CD-R drive — name it whatever you want. Then navigate to the e-mails you want to archive. If you want to archive selected e-mails, click CTRL and each e-mail to be archived. If you want to save the whole collection, just press CTRL-A and the entire bunch will be highlighted. Then drag these messages out of your e-mail program and into the folder you created. They will be readable as e-mail messages or as .MSG files. If you are saving them to CD, you can then “write these files to CD.” That’s it!
